Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited is ultimately owned by Lubbock Fine LLP. The firm was one of the first to become Registered Auditors with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

In 2016, we established Russell Bedford Mohamed Al Hashmi Auditors & Accountants to cater for clients in Mainland UAE and other Free Zones. Following the success of our office in DIFC, we expanded by establishing a branch office in ADGM, where we were recognised as auditors in 2020.

The firm’s clients are predominantly financial services companies regulated by the Dubai Financial services Authority (DFSA), Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

For organisations expanding into the UAE, this provides access to experienced teams with a strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, reporting obligations and business requirements.
