Profile:
Stephen is responsible for an ever growing portfolio of commercial clients, including the audit of AIM listed companies and international businesses, Stephen is also involved with the firm’s corporate finance services including listings on AIM and Aquis, and other transactional services.
Many of his clients are FCA regulated entities as well as mutual and hedge funds where he primarily provides audit and fund administration services. He has also acted for a range of oil, gas and alternative energy companies having specific expertise in the sector.
As a director and principal of Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited (RBDL), his responsibilities include day to day management of the company which provides audit, accounting and advisory services to businesses registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre.

Stephen enjoys travelling and exploring world cuisines. Whilst an avid supporter of South Africa’s rugby team, Stephen splits his sporting allegiance between rugby and the great game of cricket.
