Lubbock Fine processes personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable guidance issued by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Where candidate information is obtained indirectly, including through recruitment agencies, referrals, LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms, we may process publicly available professional information including current role, work history, qualifications and professional profile information.
We collect information when a user visits our website, and/or contacts us whether by the telephone, email or post. We use different methods to collect data from and about you including:
a). Personal Information that you provide directly. You may give us your Identity and Contact Data, and the Identity and Contact Data of your close family members and dependents, Marketing and Communications Data, Services Data, Special Categories of Data and Criminal Convictions Data by filling in forms, requesting information about our services, subscribing to our services or by corresponding with us by email, phone or otherwise.
You may give us your Applicant Data if you apply for a job with us.

We may use AI-enabled tools to support certain business, recruitment and service delivery activities. Where personal data is processed using such tools, we do so in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and maintain appropriate human oversight.

We have put in place appropriate physical and technical measures to safeguard your Personal Information. Access to recruitment information is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Recruitment information may be accessible to members of the People Team and relevant hiring managers involved in the recruitment process.
Recruitment information may be stored within recruitment and HR systems, secure internal drives and document management systems used by Lubbock Fine.
However, please note that although we take appropriate steps to protect your Personal Information, no website or transmission of data, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information.
International Transfer of Data
The Personal Information that we collect from you may be stored and processed in your region, or transferred to, stored at or otherwise processed outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), including but not limited to the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates or in any other country where Lubbock Fine, other members of the Lubbock Fine Group or our service providers maintain facilities.

We will consider such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, although we may retain certain information where required by law or where we have a legitimate basis for doing so.
Where candidate information is retained for future recruitment opportunities, we will seek to ensure retention periods remain proportionate and appropriate. Unless a longer retention period is required or justified, recruitment-related personal data relating to unsuccessful candidates will generally be retained for no longer than 12 months following the conclusion of the recruitment process.
Different retention periods may apply depending on the nature of the recruitment process, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, ongoing disputes, litigation risks, or other legitimate business requirements.
