Lubbock Fine is extremely proud to announce that David Schogger, a member of our Assurance team, has been awarded the International Subject Order of Merit by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

The prestigious annual prize is awarded to top performing students from around the world who have excelled in their ACA Certificate Level and ICAEW CFAB exams.

Last month the ICAEW hosted a special online prizegiving ceremony, where David received his joint first place assurance prize for the July-September 2019 sitting.

David joined Lubbock Fine back in 2019, where he began his training contract within the Assurance team and studied for his ACA qualification. He quickly became a valuable member of the firm.

David said, “I feel incredibly proud to have won this award and grateful for the support I’ve received from Lubbock Fine throughout my studies.

“My role here is varied but also challenging – everyday is different when gaining new skills, engaging with clients, and helping them meet their business needs. I’m looking forward to developing my career further in the coming years.”

Lee Facey, Partner at Lubbock Fine, commented, “Like all the partners, I’m extremely impressed by David’s achievement and I was delighted to be able to attend the virtual prizegiving. We hope to see him continue to succeed in the future.”
