Profile:
Stephen joined Lubbock Fine as Senior Partner and brings more than 35 years of professional experience advising corporates, entrepreneurs and investment funds across multiple jurisdictions. He is a UK-based, FCA and CTA qualified accountant with a career focused on international advisory work, complex regulatory environments and delivering practical, commercially focused solutions.
As a member of the firm’s Management Board, Stephen is closely involved in Lubbock Fine’s client offering in the Cayman Islands, as well as the firm’s corporate finance and wider transactional services practice. His work includes supporting clients through acquisitions, restructurings, financing and cross-border transactions.
Stephen is also a Director of Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited, where he has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the firm. Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited provides audit, accounting and advisory services to businesses operating within the Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market, and he works closely with clients navigating the region’s regulatory and commercial landscape.
In addition, Stephen serves as a Global Board Director of Russell Bedford International, with responsibility for the EMEA region. In this role, he contributes to the strategic direction, governance and development of the international network, working with member firms across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Stephen enjoys travelling and exploring world cuisines. Whilst an avid supporter of South Africa’s rugby team, Stephen splits his sporting allegiance between rugby and the great game of cricket.
