Rob Hoad is a director in the corporate tax department at Lubbock Fine. Having initially trained with a Big 4 accountancy firm, he now advises Lubbock Fine clients with all matter of corporate and shareholder tax issues.
Rob’s highly experienced in employee share schemes and valuations, R&D claims, large company corporate tax matters and restructuring work. He has a diverse portfolio with clients from all industries. They also vary from small owner managed businesses to large international businesses.
He is also heavily involved in advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions. He often assists with both on the buy side and the sell side, as well as working with clients to ensure that whether they are buying or selling a business. His tax efficient manner means that transactional tax risks are minimised.
Personal
Rob enjoys an occasional round of golf, although there is still a lot of room for improvement and also enjoys travelling when the opportunity presents.
