Profile:
Phil Moss is a tax partner and our Head of Private Clients and has over 30 years’ experience in advising private clients and business owners. He covers the whole range of taxes that they face, including Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax, along with related international tax planning. He particularly specialises in the taxation of non-domiciliaries, non-residents and their family investment and business structures.
Phil joined Lubbock Fine in 2010, after a period as a tax partner in a large firm.
As a qualified accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, Phil uses his knowledge and experience to help his clients implement the planning necessary to manage tax risks and mitigate exposure, as well as to ensure that the family wealth is maintained and passed down the generations.
Personal:
Phil enjoys following a number of sports, particularly as a lifelong fan of Liverpool Football Club. He tries to keep active through running (inspired by a past participation in the LF Thunder Run team!) and cycling, or very occasional bouts of football, badminton or golf (to a very low standard).
Phil lives just outside London in Surrey with his wife and two daughters, where they enjoy the proximity to the River Thames and multiple Royal Parks while still being within an easy commute to central London.
