Profile:
Niki joined Lubbock Fine in 2025, bringing over 20 years of talent acquisition experience with her. As Head of Talent Acquisition, Niki is responsible for attracting the best talent to the firm. She recognises that people are any business' greatest asset and so developing a strong talent pool that supports the firm’s continued growth and success is key to her role.
Day to day, Niki works closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers across the firm to understand their hiring needs so that she can source and attract the most talented candidates on the market. She recruits across all levels, from trainee through to Partner, ensuring Lubbock Fine continues to build strong, high-performing teams.
Niki's experience is predominantly within Accountancy across Audit and Tax specialisms. Throughout her working life, she has been consistently a top-performing consultant and enjoyed a very successful career.
Personal:
Outside of work, Niki loves the theatre, especially musicals, attending concerts and trying new cuisines. She enjoys cooking (though coming from a family of chefs, no one seems to enjoy her efforts!). Niki stays active with Pilates, enjoys socialising with friends plus, she admits that she can't resist a bit of reality TV sometimes!
