Nicole joined Lubbock Fine as a Tax Director in 2025, bringing with her over 25 years of experience as a private client tax specialist with a strong international focus. 

She advises HNWIs and their families relocating to and from the UK on comprehensive UK tax planning strategies, as well as non-residents with UK property and business interests. Her approach is centred on helping clients structure their affairs in a tax-efficient and compliant manner.

Nicole qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2001.  Throughout her career, she has worked across a diverse range of firms and industries—from the Big Four and Top 10 UK accountancy firms to a boutique firm advising globally mobile individuals and entrepreneurs with complex overseas company and trust structures.

She also spent time in the wealth management sector, advising multi-jurisdictional families on cross-border tax planning. During this time, she developed extensive knowledge of the tax systems in France, Spain, and Portugal, and regularly delivered seminars at overseas property exhibitions, known for her ability to demystify complex tax concepts for general audiences.

Nicole is fluent in French and Spanish, with a working knowledge of Portuguese. She holds a double honours degree in French and Spanish from the University of Manchester, followed by an MA in Translating. She has contributed articles to respected publications such as STEP Journal and the Trusts and Estates Law and Tax Journal.

Personal:

Outside of work, Nicole is a keen runner and Pilates enthusiast. Her aspiration is to break the 3 hour 30 minute mark in a marathon.
