Profile:
Matt is a manager in the business services department. Having joined Lubbock Fine in August 2018 as a trainee on the audit graduate scheme, he qualified in 2022 and progressed to Manager before transferring to the business services team in early 2026.
Matt carries his audit experience within a diverse range of sectors into his role in the business services team where he works with clients across a similarly broad range of industries, assisting with statutory and management accounts preparation, ongoing reporting and compliance matters and ad-hoc queries. This variety in client portfolio keeps his role dynamic and engaging, providing ample opportunities to tackle unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions to his clients.
In addition to client work, Matt is involved in various departmental administrative roles such as recruitment, training graduates, and reviewing new and existing software requirements, particularly in the area of accounts production and filing.
Personal:
Outside of work, Matt is passionate about both playing and
watching sports, including football, rugby, tennis, and cricket. A keen runner,
he has run between every connected station on the London Underground network
over 14 months.
