Liam joined Lubbock Fine in 2023 as an Audit Supervisor and has since progressed to Audit Manager. He has previously worked in the audit department of a big four accounting firm in South Africa, and gained international experience through consulting roles in the Channel Islands, New York, Australia, and as well as in the Auditor-General of South Africa.
Liam has worked across a broad range of industries, and his current portfolio focuses primarily on renewable energy, information technology and telecommunications, and fintech businesses. He is experienced in supporting clients reporting under both IFRS and UK GAAP, from owner-managed companies to large and complex groups, and is committed to delivering practical, insightful audit and assurance services that support clients’ wider business objectives.
Having worked with teams and clients across the UK, South Africa, Europe, Australia and the United States, Liam brings an international perspective and a practical approach to his work.
Liam is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He holds a BCom in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (Honours).
Personal
Outside of work, Liam enjoys travelling, with Las Vegas his favourite destination so far. He has a keen interest in technology, enjoys watching sport and movies, and loves spending time with family and friends.
