Profile:
Anand joined our Corporate Tax group as a manager, responsible for compliance matters and advisory projects, including corporate restructuring and acquisitions.
He previously has worked for a top 20 firm where he trained in the Accounts team before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
Anand has significant experience in advising those companies seeking early investment on the benefits and requirements of EIS & SEIS as well as assisting his clients with the HMRC application process. He also is heavily involved in due diligence projects focusing on the tax aspects of corporate acquisitions.
Personal:
Away from the office Anand is a keen sports fan, particularly football as he is a Man United fan. He enjoys going to matches in the summer to follow the Indian Cricket team and occasionally he will play a round of golf if the weather permits.
