Adamas joined Lubbock Fine in June 2026 from a background spanning both practice and in-house VAT advisory.
Before qualifying in tax, his working career began in commercial kitchens, learning under a prominent Michelin-starred chef, working in diverse teams and high-pressure environments, and now applying his practical, grounded perspective on the challenges businesses face through the entire supply chain journey.
In his role, Adamas works with clients across a full range of sectors. He particularly enjoys advising on matters surrounding case law and ‘grey areas’, he enjoys the technical side of tax consultancy and keeping up to date with current VAT matters.
Personal:
Away from the office, Adamas enjoys spending time with his son as well as exploring a range of hobbies including painting, reading, cooking and travelling. He brings the discipline from his early career and interests to his day-to-day approach in VAT advisory.
