COVID-19 Policy

As the COVID-19 virus persists, the safety of our team, our clients and our visitors to our office remains top priority at Lubbock Fine.

To ensure safe and healthy working conditions for our staff, while continuing to provide the highest level of service to our clients, we have undertaken a Risk Assessment and implemented a range of measures, including:

Home Working

The majority of our staff continue to work from home and we have established comprehensive home-working solutions to ensure that our staff are fully supported and able to continue to provide a superb level of service to our clients.

Office Working

For the small number of staff who cannot work from home, we have opened our Paternoster House office on a voluntary use basis. Staff attending our office comply with the latest Covid-19 Health & Safety guidelines.  

Visiting Clients

We have produced guidelines to allow staff who need to visit client premises (where deemed necessary) to do so safely. Prior to each visit our staff will ask to see (where relevant) the client’s Covid-19 Risk Assessment and measures so they can be familiar with them upon arrival.

We continue to review our policies as the pandemic evolves, and keep them updated in accordance with government guidance.
