As a Lubbock Fine trainee, you’ll play a pivotal role in the future of our firm.
We take on a small, carefully-selected cohort of trainees each year. You'll have client facing responsibility from day one, within the safe, supportive network of an experienced team.
Through our first class on-the-job training, in-house supplementary courses and workshops, plus external training over and above the ACA study programme, we'll give you the best tools to develop your practical and personal skills.
If you can bring integrity, humour and imagination to the table, we'd like to hear from you.
At Lubbock Fine, you'll cultivate strong relationships, take a deep dive into business life and transform performance for our clients. You'll gain plenty of exposure to different types of work to complement your studies.
As we're a medium-sized firm with a small number of trainees, we can take the time to truly get to know you, develop you and push you to reach your full potential.
We pay a starting salary of at least £26,500 per annum together with a settling in bonus of £1,000 when you join. We regularly review our competitive salaries and incrementally increase your salary as you gain experience and complete your exams.
You'll also benefit from our excellent progression opportunities, including our Path to Partner. Many of our trainees choose to stay with us and continue to progress upwards through the ranks to leadership roles.
And as we're big on work-life balance, you'll have time to enjoy your interests outside of work, helping you to stay engaged and energised. Learn more about life at Lubbock Fine.
Our selection process means that we identify the best talent at the outset.
We recruit up to six trainees every year on ACA training contracts to join a special first year group, under the supervision of our training partner.
Through our graduate programme, you'll be encouraged to take a positive lead role in a stimulating environment, involving yourself in mentoring others when they join and decision-making throughout each assignment.
Each trainee is assigned a mentor to guide them through all aspects of technical and practical training and familiarisation with working in a commercial environment. Your mentor will always be on hand to help with any challenges.
Through this process you'll gain valuable mentoring skills, and may even go on to mentor others at Lubbock Fine.
