Our partners are proud to announce that we have been selected as finalists for two Business Culture Awards in 2023: “Leading with Purpose for Business Culture” and “Best Wellbeing Initiative for Business Culture”. This follows last year's success where we achieved the Highly Commended status for “Best Working Environments & Practices Initiative”.

Central to our 'Leading with Purpose' initiative is our vision to ‘redefine exceptional’. Our transition to a more agile and outcome-focused delegated authority model, has delivered greater operational efficiency while significantly enhancing the value we provide to both our clients and the team.

The wellbeing of our employees is not just a priority; it's a core value. Our targeted wellbeing strategy has not only measurably improved quality of life, but also fostered a culture of resilience, openness, and happiness. We take immense pride in the impact this has had on our team and, by extension, on the work we deliver to clients.

We'd like to extend our congratulations to everyone shortlisted this year. We’re looking forward to celebrating on the awards night on Wednesday 15 November.

Robert Morley, COO of Lubbock Fine commented: ‘It’s a great honour to be shortlisted as finalists in not just one but two significant categories for the Business Culture Awards 2023. This recognition, following last year’s Highly Commended status for ‘Best Working Environments & Practices Initiative’ is a testament to our drive to redefine exceptional, both in our firm’s culture, and how we look after our clients”.

Karen Foot, Head of People says ‘It is fantastic to receive this accolade and, once again, be recognised for the great work that team Lubbock Fine has done around employee wellbeing. It really is at the centre of what we do and without our employees’ individual contributions, we would not have achieved this. We wish all the other shortlisted entries the best of luck and very much look forward to celebrating with them in November.’
