We’re very proud to have been shortlisted for the ‘Best People Initiative’ award by the Managing Partners’ Forum.

Since last September we’ve been operating our Smart Working model, which goes beyond hybrid. Our employees have the option to work from home, in the office, or even abroad, depending on the specific requirements of their role, and they have the ability to choose their own “personal best hours”.

Our Smart Working model has significantly boosted both productivity and wellbeing and ensured that our employee value proposition remains highly competitive.

We’re thrilled to be recognised for our accomplishment and look forward to the awards ceremony which will be taking place on Wednesday 15th June 2022.

Karen Foot, Head of People says “this initiative is particularly pertinent to the business so it’s a great time to receive this nomination. Our Smart Working initiative embraces a more intelligent approach to agile working, where the LF team can work where and when they want to best meet the needs of clients and colleagues.

Our people are bright, results-driven, focused, dedicated and ambitious and by putting our trust in them deliver as they think best, we are rewarded with great performance. Best of all engagement levels have increased across the firm.”

Robert Morley, Chief Operating Officer says he is “delighted to say that Lubbock Fine has been shortlisted for the prestigious Managing Partners’ Forum awards in the Best People Initiative category. The awards recognise achievement in professional services management across the world.

Our intelligent Smart Working initiative, embodying our values of innovation and trust has empowered our team to seriously boost both productivity and work life balance. I am incredibly proud that we have been recognised, my best wishes to all the shortlisted firms for the evening of the 15 June!”
