We’re proud to have been selected as finalists for the prestigious global 2025  Inspiring Workplaces Awards UK and Ireland category. Now in its tenth year, Inspiring Workplaces recognises organisations that prioritise employee well-being, inclusivity, and engagement. Being acknowledged alongside other respected businesses  is a meaningful milestone and reflects our ongoing commitment to putting people at the heart of our firm.

At Lubbock Fine, we believe that a successful business is built on the wellbeing and development of its people. That’s why we focus on creating a workplace where individuals are empowered to grow their careers, while maintaining a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives. Initiatives such as our award-winning Smart Working policy, leadership development, and mentoring programmes make a real difference to how our people work and grow within the firm, providing the flexibility and opportunities they need to thrive and perform at their best.

We would also like to congratulate all the other finalists recognised in this year’s Inspiring Workplaces Awards. We’re looking forward to celebrating at the awards ceremony on Thursday 15 May.

Robert Morley, COO of Lubbock Fine, says 'Being named a finalist is a wonderful recognition of the work we’ve done to create an environment where people are trusted to make decisions, given opportunities to develop, and supported to succeed. We’ve moved away from traditional models of management and towards a more agile, people-first approach - one that delivers better outcomes not just for our employees, but for our clients and the wider business.'

Karen Foot, Head of People, adds 'Wellbeing, flexibility, and development are more than just initiatives at Lubbock Fine, they are central to how we operate as a firm. We’re constantly listening to our people and making improvements that reflect what matters most to them. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact this has had on our culture and being recognised for our efforts externally, is something we’re extremely proud of.'
