We’re pleased to share that we’ve appointed two new experienced senior tax hires, Shaharan Deen (Tax Director) and Sharon Parker (Senior VAT Manager), who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm, and we are excited to have them on board.
Shaharan Deen, a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), Association of Tax Technicians (ATT), and Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP Affiliate member) joins the firm as a Tax and Trusts Director. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has developed a strong background in advising clients on personal, trust, and estate tax matters.
Prior to joining Lubbock Fine, Shaharan worked at for a Big 4 accounting firm, a top 10 accounting firm, and one of London's premier private client law firms.
Sharon Parker, also a Chartered Tax Adviser, joins the firm as a VAT Senior Manager with over two decades of experience. She specialises in VAT planning, compliance reviews, advising on complex VAT liability and place of supply issues and negotiations with HMRC.
Before starting at Lubbock Fine, Sharon worked for several mid-tier accountancy firms, as well as one of the Big 4 accountancy firms. She has a particular interest in advising on land and property transactions and financial services.
