Elle is an experienced Company Secretarial professional with over 10 years’ experience in the professional services and accounting industry, progressing from trainee roles to senior leadership. She has built her career across leading global providers, developing deep expertise in governance, entity management and corporate transactions, and now leads company secretarial services within a growing advisory environment.
Elle has extensive experience managing large and diverse client portfolios, ranging from owner-managed businesses to complex, multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional structures, including funds, SPVs and regulated entities. She works closely with boards, investors and professional advisers, supporting both routine compliance and high-value transactions across global corporate structures.
Elle oversees the delivery of end-to-end company secretarial services across the full corporate lifecycle — from incorporations and restructures to share capital changes and dissolutions. Her role includes advising boards and senior stakeholders on governance and statutory obligations, managing large client portfolios, coordinating with legal, tax and regulatory bodies, and leading and developing team members to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
