Joining Lubbock Fine in 2024, Josh is an Associate Director in our business services department and works primarily with investment funds and SPVs specialising in Real Estate, Hotels and Alternative Investments.
Prior to joining LF, Josh worked at a Real Estate Investment fund specialising in Commercial Property. He had previously dual qualified as an ACA/CTA in a medium sized practice where he worked across audit, accounts and tax while also gaining extensive industry experience through various secondments, primarily with Real Estate funds and Asset Management groups.
Currently, his day-to-day work involves moderate to full outsourcing of finance functions for clients and management reporting as well as assistance with full life cycle solutions including corporate transactions, completion accounts, restructuring, steps reports and investment waterfalls.
Additionally, Josh assists with the recruitment and training of BSU trainees and enjoys mentoring as part of this.
Personal
Outside of work, Josh is a football fan and enjoys reading and spending time with his friends. He also enjoys travelling when he can.
