Profile:
Neil is a Partner in Lubbock Fine's Business Services and Outsourcing team, specialising in providing accounting, reporting, transaction and advisory services to asset managers, investment platforms, family offices and private capital investors.
He works closely with clients throughout the investment lifecycle, supporting the acquisition, structuring, operation and disposal of investments across a range of asset classes including commercial real estate, logistics, hospitality, residential property, operating assets and other alternative investment strategies. His clients range from emerging managers establishing new investment platforms through to established international asset managers overseeing multi-billion-pound portfolios.
Neil advises on complex UK and international investment structures and is regularly involved in transaction support, financial and tax due diligence, acquisition structuring, purchase price allocations, investor reporting, covenant compliance and fund administration arrangements. He works alongside management teams, fund administrators, lenders, lawyers and other advisers to deliver practical solutions that support investment objectives while maintaining strong governance and financial oversight.
In addition to his work with asset managers and funds, Neil advises entrepreneurial businesses and their owners on financial reporting, business growth, international expansion and compliance matters. His commercially focused approach combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of the operational challenges faced by management teams and investors.

Outside the office, Neil is a new father, a football fan and enjoys playing the odd game of golf, weather permitting!
