Profile:
Matthew joined Lubbock Fine as a senior in 2007, before qualifying as an accountant in 2008. He was promoted to Partner in December 2019. Matt specialises in financial reporting and audit across a range of sectors, including investment funds, financial services, fintech, digital assets, and property. Matt is also heavily involved in growing Lubbock Fine’s Cayman Island desk, overseeing audits for CIMA regulated investment fund and other essential work. His practice responsibilities include assisting with the management of the audit group, and working closely with our IT department, helping to ensure smooth running of the firms audit and accounting software as part of the Technical Committee.
Personal:
In his spare time, Matt enjoys reading, listening to music and watching films. Travelling whenever time permits, Matt is also someone who likes to cook: a skill he is working to improve over time. Matt also keeps up to date with technology advances and often tries his hand at DIY projects around the house.
