We have embraced AGILE working, and provided you meet the needs of clients and the business, you can largely work when you want and where you want. Our people are bright, results-driven, focused, dedicated and ambitious and that’s because they’re not constrained to working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday in an office.
Our one-firm approach ensures that all team members are valued for what they bring to the table, regardless of what level they join us. Our Path-to-Partner development programme is available to all team members, and gives everyone a clear route to the very top of the firm. We also reward individual excellence and accomplishment when someone goes “above and beyond” by giving the person an ‘Appreciation Awards’ including meals out, experience vouchers and spot bonuses.
We love to provide the team with extra perks when they are in the office such as Massage Angels, who visit regularly to provide the team with complimentary massages to help relieve stress, muscle ache or just to help them relax. We also provide a selection of fresh fruits and snacks for all the team to help themselves to
Wellbeing is really important to the firm, and we operate an Employee Assistance Programme giving free advice to people when stressed or going through personal challenges; Financial Wellbeing including pensions advice, Occupational Health and a host of wellbeing benefits covered by our private health insurer, including health assessments.
We take Corporate Social Responsibility Our CSR Committee is driving a number of initiatives around charity and sustainability. In the charitable sector, every year we nominate (using an open vote), this year our overall charity focus is around social mobility and our nominated charity is Doorstep Library. We have a number of other charities whom we have long-standing relationships with including Chineke! Foundation and Rise.
We use renewable energy where we can, we have installed hot boiling water taps and motion sensitive lighting, we contribute to the Planting Trees in Africa campaign who plant one fruit tree for each basket of fruit we purchase, we recycle dry waste as well as all toners from printers and photocopiers, we carefully dispose of computer equipment/office furniture, we ensure nothing goes to landfill, we only use paper that is Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. This year we are going to explore how to achieve net zero emissions using carbon capture with Skoot.
Our clients are lovely and we know this because we have such close and long-standing relationships with them. In addition to our UK clients, we have a strong international presence, with operations in Dubai and the Cayman Islands. We are also a founder member of the Russell Bedford International network, one the global top 20 networks, yet we are small enough for an individual to really stand out and get ahead
Not only do we offer some of the fantastic perks above but we have strong leadership which gives importance to a positive working culture, which means we’re able to provide an informal and fun working environment where egos are left at the door, while we work hard to deliver excellent client service! We are on an exciting journey to redefine exceptional, and perhaps you would like to be on that journey with us?
