We have embraced AGILE working, and provided you meet the needs of clients and the business, you can largely work when you want and where you want. Our people are bright, results-driven, focused, dedicated and ambitious and that’s because they’re not constrained to working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday in an office.
Our one-firm approach ensures that all team members are valued for what they bring to the table, regardless of what level they join us. Our Path-to-Partner development programme is available to all team members, and gives everyone a clear route to the very top of the firm. We also reward individual excellence and accomplishment when someone goes “above and beyond” by giving the person an ‘Appreciation Award’ including meals out, experience vouchers and spot bonuses.
We love to provide the team with extra perks when they are in the office such as Massage Angels, who visit regularly to provide the team with complimentary massages to help relieve stress, muscle ache or just to help them relax. We also provide a selection of fresh fruits and snacks for all the team to help themselves to.
We’re committed to advancing ESG principles aligned with the firm's strategic mission, vision, and values in order to create a sustainable and resilient future. At Lubbock Fine, we’re dedicated to giving back to the community through actively supporting charitable causes. Every year we proudly support a charitable organisation, and this year our nominated charity is Pancreatic Cancer UK. In addition to this, our team have a long-standing relationship with Rise, aimed to prepare young people with the right skills they need to support their career choices. To ensure we consistently are acting responsibly, our ESG Committee review policies, procedures and outcomes across the firm on a quarterly basis.
As a firm, we use renewable energy where we can. Over the last few years, we’ve installed hot boiling water taps and motion sensitive lighting, and contribute to the Planting Trees in Africa campaign who plant one fruit tree for each basket of fruit we purchase. Our team recycle dry waste as well as all toners from printers and photocopiers, and carefully dispose of computer equipment/office furniture, to ensure nothing goes to landfill. We only use paper that is Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. We also work with world-renowned NGOs (Skoot) planting 2,796 trees and removing another 148,686 kg of CO2 through Gold Standard carbon offset projects.
Our clients are lovely and we know this because we have close and long-standing relationships with them. In addition to our UK clients, we have a strong international presence with operations in Dubai and the Cayman Islands. We're also the founding member of the Russell Bedford International Network, one of the global top 20 networks, yet we are small enough for an individual to really stand out and get ahead.
Not only do we offer some of the fantastic perks above but we have strong leadership. This creates an informal and fun working environment where egos are left at the door, as we work hard to deliver excellent client service! We are on an exciting journey to redefine exceptional, and perhaps you would like to be on that journey with us?
