Lee has extensive experience and knowledge of auditing, accounting and financial management matters which he uses to benefit a broad range of clients across a variety of sectors.
As a key member of our professional services sector group, he has been instrumental in assisting clients address a number of challenges. These include:
- Managing ‘lock-up’ – with Lee’s assistance, clients have been able to reduce work-in-progress and debtor levels. This has led to an improved cash position.
- Performance improvement – he has provided advice and guidance on improving departmental and firm performance.
- Partnership issues – Lee has helped a number of firms prepare for succession planning and assess profit sharing arrangements.
Lee is also a key member of our not for profit sector group. He advises a number of charities and regularly attends trustee meetings to present financial statements and provide advice on governance matters.
He joined the firm as a graduate trainee and became a partner in 2006.
