COVID-19: How we are working


As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, the safety of our staff members, clients and visitors remains our top priority at Lubbock Fine.

To ensure safe and healthy working conditions for our staff, and a high level of support for our clients, we have undertaken a Risk Assessment and implemented a range of measures, including:

Working from home

The majority of our staff will continue to work from home during this period. Measures are place to support them and ensure we can continue to effectively deliver for our clients.

Working from the office

For the small number of staff who cannot work from home, we have partially reopened our Paternoster House office on a voluntary basis.

Staff must receive approval to visit the office. While there they must comply with all Government guidelines, social distancing measures and our own “COVID-19 Secure” procedures.

Currently, only staff are permitted to access our office.

Visiting client and third-party premises

We have also produced guidelines to allow staff who need to visit client premises (where deemed necessary) to do so safely.

We will continue to review our measures and policies over the coming months.
