Lee Camp
Arriving as a trainee in 1999, Lee qualified as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2001. He followed this by qualifying as an ACA in 2003, becoming an assistant manager in 2004 and a manager in 2007. In our assurance department, Lee manages a range of commercial and professional clients including those in the medical, financial, international export and property arenas. He has also been involved in financial due diligence on business acquisitions and disposals and preparing projections for expanding businesses. Lee’s contribution to the firm also covers staff recruitment and training, staff planning and organising social events.

M Macci
Mac has been with the firm since 1976 when he joined us from the Revenue as a ‘stop-gap’, purely for some commercial experience. After being appointed as tax manager in June 1998 now, some thirty years after joining the firm, he is our tax director. Heading up the tax department, he is involved in personal and corporate tax planning and compliance and many aspects of international tax planning for high net worth individuals.

Andy Noton
Andy joined Lubbock Fine as a graduate trainee in 2000, qualifying as an ACA in November 2003 and winning a coveted prize in the final case study exam. He was promoted to assistant manager in October 2004 and then to manager in February 2007. He works primarily within the firm’s UK audit group over a range of clients in a wide variety of sectors such as property, music, manufacturing and other SMEs. Additionally, Andy manages a number of overseas audit clients preparing accounts under International financial reporting standards (IFRS). His work also includes audit work for international and intergovernmental institutions.

Clive Patterson
Clive Patterson joined Lubbock Fine in 1987 as a tax senior. He was and is responsible for a large number of freelance clients, many of whom are in the arts and media arena. In 2000, the (then) Arts and Media department was renamed LFCreative and Clive was asked to head up the department, a challenge he readily accepted. LFCreative has developed since then and now has a dedicated staff of six people and a growing client base of freelances working across the creative and music spectrum.

Hasmukh Vara
Hasmukh joined the firm in March 1987 as an audit senior being promoted to his current position of Senior Manager in 1990. Hasmukh manages the corporate administration services department which primarily serves international clients but also includes a number of clients in the UK. As a support service to Geoff Goodyear and Naresh Shah, Hasmukh is involved in international tax planning and inter-jurisdictional tax issues for both corporate and private clients.

Neil Williams
Neil joined us in August 1997 qualifying as an ACA in May 2002. He rose swiftly through the ranks until he was promoted to manager in February 2007. Currently an audit manager within our UK audit group, Neil has experience across a wide range of clients in a variety of sectors including TV production, property development and international holding companies. He has fostered an expertise in computing and accounting software and has assisted several clients in building their computer systems whilst also providing the training necessary for them to operate it. Neil also provides our in-house training on Sage Line 50 and Excel.
